Construction began in September 2007 and was completed in time for early move-in in 2009.
New Hall West
190 West Campus Drive
New Hall West, a part of the Summit Community, houses 260 co-ed upperclass and transfer students in double rooms with private baths. It also provides space to the Student Programs administrative office. New Hall West was designed with sustainability in mind and meets requirements for U.S. Green Building Council LEED silver certification.
