Dr. Richard B. Talbot came to ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Tech in 1974 to help the university plan and build the . He served as founding dean through the graduation of its charter class in 1984. Talbot later served as director of the United States Food and Drug Administration's Office of New Animal Drug Administration. He later returned to his teaching and research responsibilities at ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ÌýTech until his death in 1994.Ìý
